Online Therapy for Anxiety, Trauma, & Life Transitions in California

Melissa Bautista, LPCC, provides virtual individual and EMDR therapy for those navigating anxiety, trauma, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

CAN YOU RELATE?

A gentle reality check without pressure.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself, you’re not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy carrying more than they show — and together, we work toward clarity and balance.

Meet Your Therapist

Hello, I'm Melissa Bautista, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.

My passion is helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges while building confidence, emotional wellness, and healthy relationships. I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.

I work from a strengths-based and client-centered approach, recognizing that each person brings unique experiences, values, and abilities into the therapeutic process. Together, we can identify obstacles, build practical coping strategies, and create lasting positive change.

I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, grief and loss, trauma, family conflict, emotional regulation difficulties, and major life transitions. I also provide EMDR therapy to help clients process and heal from traumatic experiences and distressing life events.
